ever met a teacher who could be so unreasonable that u just feel like... bursting out loud & ticking her off in her face that very instant ??

it's not that i often tick pple off but i really just can't keep my thoughts inside...

millions of pple have strolled past the audi billions of times everyday but it seems like you're the one & only who's got hit. maybe it's just not your day or what, but who knows right ?? & what's the big deal about being hit 1 time on the face ?? it might be red 4 a while, painful a little on your cheeks, but it didn't leave a scar behind nor break ur specs, did it ?? so why do you even bother making such a biggie fuss over it -- complain here, complain there... i can understand how u'll feel if the 'culprit' didn't even apologise but she did anyways, so why can't you just get over the whole 'freaking' incident & make our lives less miserable by doing so ?? why do you even bother complaining if it doesn't change anything ?? what's the point, u tell me ?? after all, it's not our fault that we can't control the directions of our balls since we are still undergoing training in the 1st place, right ?? you don't expect us 2 stop everytime some1 walks past just 2 ensure that we don't hit any of them... you are given 2 eyes -- supposedly one 4 keeping a lookout 4 oncoming balls, the other 2 look at where u're supposed 2 go (well, though it's meant as a joke, there's still a lot of logic behind it, don't u think ??) anyways, why don't i suggest, 2 make your life & ours easier, pls will you just try 2 steer clear of even entering the audi ?? or perhaps try 2 even walk a teeny weeny faster the next time... ?? cos i know how it feels like 2 be scolded on ur b'day in front of everybody...

anyways, let's not spoil the mood so... HAPPY BIRTHDAY, COACH !! smile more frequently & hope u won't bump in2 these kind of unreasonable pple so often... haha xD

PS. (2 that teacher) if those 2 methods still woudn't work, & u still get hit by wild flying balls, then i guess i can't really be of much help much by then...

the entire 'seagull' was treated 2 annual lunch by coach 2day. met up with glor & ju 1st before heading 4 tampines mall, which was supposed 2 be our final destination. thought we were late enough but who knows that by the time coach & every1 else turned up, it was already 1.30... ??

anyways, went up about 4 floors b4 dunno- who finally decided 2 eat at Long John Silvers. there wasn't a table long enough 2 fit such a biggie group of say..., 13 ?? so left with little choice, veda, glor & me sat at a seperate table with coach while the rest sat 2gether at another...

$10.00 per head was quite a sum & we flocked all at once 2 the same cashier who seemed very... busy xD the only wierd thing was that -- we all seemed 2 fall in in2 pairs & took orders 2gether !! do you call that childlike instincts or are we all really very orderly in life ?? haha... :) anyways, bought combo set 2 (which consists of a few slices of fishes, french fries & some crispy thingys) like most of the others...

sat down 2 eat opposite glor while coach went 2 get his own meal. chatted 4 a while b4 he came back & the whole place suddenly seemed 2 quieten down... glor & i kept looking at each other & laughing 4 no reason. veda, who must have thought we went insane, started chatting happily with coach...

managed 2 munch finish finally, feeling really really full. initially, he wanted 2 treat us 2 a movie but there was a change of plans... so glor, ju & me went around looking 4 coach's b'day present while the rest went off 2 watch their OWN movie...

finally after looking around & IN several watch shops, we decided 2 settle on a watch... without much expectations, we just hope he'll like it !!

then, after waiting 4 ju & glor 2 buy yummy delicious ice- cream, we all went our seperate ways & headed 4 our cosy little home...

lots of pple came 4 the sec 1 registration 2day. some walked, some drove while some just appeared from who- knows- where (jkjk... haha :D) well, a huge number that came in cars is natural & what did they do when there wasn't enough parking lots ?? they parked all the way from the grand audi 2 the innosphere !! *sigh* so we all had 2 give in & went 2 the audi 4 training eventually...

couldn't do much cos we had 2 share the audi with the guys. they used the court & we used the stage (it was meant 2 be the guys' usage 2day so we weren't left with any choice...) 2day, every1 解散 sharply when the clock stuck 12.

luckily, gloria brought her volleyball & ju, veda, venessa & me went outdoors 2 play !! played 4 quite a long time b4 we left the school & headed 4 the coffee shop nearby 2 eat lunch. foodie didn't taste bad & we chatted happily over lunch about all sorts of thingys... (shush.. secret right ?? haha... xD)

it was about 2.30 when we all took the bus which headed straight 4 lovely lovely home...

no volley training 2day so had all the time in the world 2 go out with my family 2 have lunch & check out those interesting books @ Best Book Fair. boy, they sure do have a large variety of it, i must say, or else, why would i get a big headache just by walking around 'the great large maze of books' ?? haha... :) anyways, managed 2 buy a book entitled 'the 5 pple u meet in heaven' after a total discount of 20% !! yay... has began on the first chapter the moment i stepped foot in2 my cosy little home -- it all started out with this old guy called Eddie who works in some kind of theme park (or sth like that xD). then 1 day he died 4 some reason & went 2 heaven. met 5 pple there who taught him some important lessons... yeah... & that's about all i've read so far. as 2 the various questions that are popping in ur head now, why not go read the book & find it out, all by urself ?? haha... xD

had a wonderful time during volley training 2day (4 ur info, we used the grand audi cos guys were all slacking at home) xD did all sorts of 接球 (exactly like what coach had said the previous week) -- backward, forward, side & blah, blah, blah... then, we all managed 2 打 2 sets of match with B'div girls !! it was lots of fun & we were laughing wholeheartedly, esp the time when 1 of us couldn't 开球 over the net and had 2 do pumping... xD

i remembered when coach so- called 上场 that time 2 play -- nearly spent most of my time dodging him, but at the very least, it worked. 4 glor, it was much much worse -- kept bumping into him everytime she tried spiking !! haha... but just 2 summarise everything i've rattled here in 1 sentence: 2day's volley training was super F-U-N !! too bad belinda had 2 leave early 4 her tuition class, i think...

anyways, glor & me left right after we 解散 (did we even do that ?? i wonder...) ju & huimin were supposed 2 have lunch with us, but who knows, they last minute pang sei- ed us !! :( how could u, ju & huimin ?? how could u ?? then, we just bought something from Mac b4 heading 2wards the library...

saw glor's family there & suddenly felt so left out... but suddenly spotted my friend from my ex-school & started chit- chatting like we used 2... xD *sigh* time passes fast so always TREASURE UR CHILDHOOD -- once gone, it'll 4EVER be a distant memory as u move on 2 a new chapter of ur life...

after that, took bus home with my friend. 4got 2 bring along the umbrella so was caught in the downpour... but at least, at the very least, i managed 2 get back home, in one full DRENCHED piece !! haha... xD

checked the calender & suuddenly realised that the date is 15 of Dec, which means that there's only

: 2 weeks till year 2008
: 5 more volley training sessions till the end of this school holiday
: 10 more days left to the 1st day of christmas
: 13 more days till some1's birthday (seagulls should all know whose it is *wink*)
: 16 more days 2 the start of a brand new year AND...
: 17 more days to the reopening of school

great... school holiday's ending and there's still tons of homework left 2 finish. omg... help... what 2 do now ??

i'm officially going mental.

oh great... i'm now officially the worst (of the worst) blocker in volleyball HISTORY , don't you think so ??

come on:
ju can block so many million of balls but i didn't, not even 1 pathetic 1...
while we 打队, blur blur me 4got 2 退后 but ju doesn't even 4get 2 do so even once !!
ju can probably jump a million PLUS billion times higher than me
she can also spike a ball that's like infinity times better than me !!
& she's definitely WAY more alert than i can ever ever be...

so now you ask: what did i contribute 2 the team ??
we'll all have 2 face up 2 reality sooner or later so, i guess i'll answer that question myself: problems, problems & MORE problems... :'( boo- hoo...

yeah well, but life still has 2 go on so why not look at a little brighter side of life -- at least i made history, right ?? haha... xD jkjk... anyways, i'd better be off now, hopefully 2 improve on some volley stuff !! *winks*

rise & shine even b4 the sun was up and all i had in mind was 2 meet up with julliana & glor b4 taking the bus which heads 4 school... volley training was 'bout 2 commence when we reached... xD

went out 2gether with both of them after that 2 parkway 2 buy gloria's belated b'day present -- her 梦寐以求的 volleyball -- & to have lunch (we munched @ KFC eventually)... i've been owing her the ball since like, 23rd Nov ?? so pai sei... anyways, i'm glad she loves it. & yay !! i've completed another on my 'important stuff 2 do' list. so ya... yay 2 myself !! haha... xD

P.S. there's tons of pple i need 2 thank 4 contributing in 1 way or another in this present (hope i didn't miss any singles out. yikes...) : felicia, kahbing, weining, calista, jafie, julliana, venessa...

just wanna say a biggie biggie...

volley training 2day was super duper uber fun !! coach was in a much much much MUCH better mood than the previous time we'd met & most 'seagulls' were present... we did quite a number of setting, 开球, spiking, 用下手接球 but best of all was the time when we managed 2 打队 !! wow... this session sure was one wonderful training... xD

stayed back 2 play volley 4 a teeny weeny while more b4 genevie, gloria, julliana & i decided 2 stop over at Lucky Station 4 lunch. it was drizzling quite a bit & since only i brought an umbrella, we practically searched the whole school 4 some extra cardboard or any form of shelter 2 get us there !! but i've realised 1 thing: walking in the rain with ur best bud beside u is deinitely 1 priceless moment, even if u're half drenched (u no who u are...) once there, we ate maggie mee plus, the seaweed & kimchi gloria brought -- they sure tasted delicious !! yum... then, once we'd filled our growling little tummies with all it could hold, we all took the same bus, which headed 4 our very own beloved -- home sweet home... xD
